Using the 4th generation electric arc for the Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) Coating technology. PVD allows ionizing of gas and vaporized material from metallic plate onto workpiece, forming a 1-10um hard coating. PVD solution can be applied for ceramic and composite coating to harden surfaces and improve wear-resistance.
